import email records into crm 2015

Thanks for your time in advance! I'm facing a task that requires to import email records from outlook into CRM 2015. My questions are as following:

1. How to export emails from outlook to a supported type that could import into CRM?

2. Would the emails imported into CRM still trigger the auto case creation rules and plugins?
