Hi,
Today we tried to provide access to a user in our Dynamics CRM 2016 On Premise environment. However upon adding the user, we encountered this error upon refresh of the CRM 2016 page. Now, whenever we try to access the environment (even with a user that has a system admin security role) we encounter the error from the screenshot below.
Is there anything that we can do to fix this? We tried to refresh the page multiple times, and restarted the server but we are still encountering this error.
