D365 IUR - Portal

Hi Team,

We have internal use rights (IUR), for CRM online. Have been using it for a while (we've got the Gold CRM, and silver cloud CRM competencies).

I can't seem to confirm anywhere whether under D365 the IUR includes a portal. Can you confirm? Who should I reach out to?

If so, how would I activate that?
