Hi Friends,
I have one requirement.
we have 3 security roles Create, Approve, and Final Approver.
Create: They can create any incident in the organization but only view and edit what they created(user level Access)
Approve : They can create, Read and edit (Business Unit level)
Final Approve : They can create, Read and edit (organization level)
Now we have scenario where if Approver is involved in Incident he should not see that record and as well as all users with Approve Role.
only Create role and Final Approver can see them.
How to achieve this.
