File Room Request is an "Activity" entity type. When we choose it from the Activities pane on the Case, the form opens and for a split second the Regarding field (schema name = regarding) has a valid Case Number, but then it switches to being invalid as shown in the screenshot. However, it is still valid; i.e., you can click on it and go back to the Case.
This just suddenly starting happening since we updated to Online ver 8.1. Any ideas?
