We run CRM 2015 on-premise so i often use my IT team to bulk update our CRM through SQL.
We needed to delete about 100,000 email message records from the system as they were cluttering the activity feed in the social pane against our accounts and contacts, so naturally i got those records deleted through SQL instead of bulk deleting them myself.
The issue i have now is all those email messages are still appearing in the activity feed of the related accounts and contacts even though when you click on one the actual email record has been deleted. Im wondering if the information displayed in the activity feed is stored in a different table in our database in which case i need to delete those also? Or hopefully theres another way to get these out of our activity feeds.
