Outlook CRM plugin sync time

Hi

We use outlook for CRM to send/receive mail for users in CRM. 

When a user sends a mail from CRM it can take up to 10 minutes before the email is sent from CRM. Is it possible to change this time so outlook and crm syncs faster and the message is sent?
