Unable to track emails from unresolved sender from Outlook - Dynamics CRM 2013 SP1

Hi, our outlook users are unable to track certain emails in CRM. They receive an error: You do not have permissions to access these records. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator. Item Name = <email subject>. 

As suggested by Paul Nieuwelaar's blog(06 October 2014), we gave User level Read access to the Case Creation Rule entity through our security roles. But if email senders are not already in CRM system(unresolved Sender), the error persists.

 

We're using Sales module of CRM and included Case entity into the solution. But no automatical case creation rule configured at this moment.

 

Anyone has suggestion? Thanks.
