Plug In registration : Login window issue

Hi,

I am new to CRM development and was just trying to deploy a a plugin which I created reading the walk-through tutorials. 

But while to deploy as in steps at https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg309580.aspx

On opening my CRM 2016 toolkit window i am not getting the online deployment option as shown in walk through. (See attached image)

I am sure the SDK is of 2016 as it contains other files for CRM 2016.

what could i be possibly doing wrong?
