A sticky one.
Pipeline Phase (stepname) field sometimes not getting populated (stays blank) from Stage Category option set to match Opportunity BPF sales stage.
I have already checked for patterns to why it may happen, but could not find one at all. The Opportunities were created from new or generated from lead, by admin or non admin users, on different dates. Some have been closed and reopened, some haven't.
Have been looking for system process that updates Pipeline Phase field, but cannot find it.
Would be nice if anybody could give me a hint or steer me to the right direction resolving this.
