Hi every one!

I need a tool to notify events to user

for example when something assign to them a balloon appear in windows show event.

I remember use a tool couple of years ago but i don't remember name of that tool! :(

p.s: I don't need complected solution like workflow or email notification just free and simple desktop notification solution.
