I am in the process of building DR for CRM 2016; From the MS article https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj822357.aspx it says that SQL Server primary replica instance has both the configuration (MSCRM_CONFIG) and organization (OrganizationName_MSCRM). But my question is, won't the _CONFIG rewrite server details if it is exact same? Reason, I believe we need to setup replication between _MSCRM DB's and not _MSCONFIG DB's. Please suggest
