We have CRM 2013 on premise and it has last 2 year data. We are planning to move CRM online. Before move to CRM online, I have few question, Could you please any one help with it?
- How should we move a last 2 year data from CRM on-premise to CRM online?
- We have 17 custom SSRS reports, how should we move those report to CRM online?
- Is it possible to create new custom SSRS report after move to CRM online?
- While moving to CRM online, Do we need to create all user and define roles again?
- We have plugin in CRM on premises, in one of the plugin we used third party dll, We place that dll in the CRM on premise bin folder. After we moved to CRM online How should we use third party dll in the plugin?
- We have integrate outlook with CRM- onpremise, Is there any specific configuration should we do for integrating CRM online with our local outlook?
- We have internal webAPI to integrate with other ERP application. That we have hosted webapi(develop by us) internally in IIS. We have called the web api in the "Submit Order" button in CRM to integrate with other ERP application. After moving to CRM online, Do we need to host our internal web api as public to access our web api in CRM online?
