We recently upgraded to 2016 On Prem, and activated SharePoint 2013 Server Side integration using the List component.
It's a completely vanilla integration, no special addons or anything like that.
Most of the time, it has worked flawlessly. We open a customer's account, click on Documents in the Ribbon, and upload a document to the Account.
However, we recently ran into an issue that prevents us from uploading documents occasionally. I can't seem to find a common theme to this issue; I don't think it has anything to do with the document size as sometimes we're able to upload 15MB PDF files and other times we're not able to upload a 2MB PDF file.
The error we keep getting reads as follows:
"The url ***file being uploaded*** is invalid. It may refer to a nonexistent file or folder, or refer to a valid file or folder that is not in the current web".
Any suggestions?
