Hi. I recently noticed that Microsoft changed the way that Lead Qualification works from CRM 2015 to CRM 2016.
In CRM 2015 I did not work with a Process Bar and when I clicked on Qualify it asked if there was an existing Account/Contact.
Now in CRM 2016 if I disable the Process Bar then it will automatically create a new Account, Contact & Opportunity when I click on Qualify unless I add Existing Contact & Existing Account fields to the Lead Form.
My questions is why did Microsoft change the way that Lead Qualification change in CRM 2016 and is there any advantage to it?
I liked the way that Lead Qualification used to work when after hitting the Qualify button we were asked if we wanted to create a new Account, Contact & Opportunity.
Thanks.
