we need to assist a customer that want to manage the PRESALES activities on dynamics CRM
The customer sell product and need to set up something like :
- the sales person open an opportunity
- the sales person understand that the end user need (for example) a webinar or a call from the technical sit to better understand the product
- the sale person OPEN WHAT???
The technical side is organize in team. So we need to assign the activity to a tech group (the sales person do not know who is the best/free one ... so he cannot choose one person)
The tech group receive a message (mail) and one of the group member pick up the activity and solve it.
The activity must be categorized (for example: call/webinar/POC...) and must be connected to a product
Any suggestion?
