Account Field Lock and null all the fields Campaign Response

Hi,

I am using dynamic crm 2015 on premises.Whenever i try to create a new campaign response in crm and select account in the customer field whose display name is Account but Name=customer and field type is party list.

It locks the fields companyname,lastname,firstname,telephone ,emailaddress as shown in image below:

Is there any workaround this so that the fields will remain open even after selecting the account?
I have tried the javascript that setDisabled(false) onChange of the field but its not working.
I have tried the same feature in my CRM2013 on-premise and its working fine,the fields stay open.
