Does the new (lightweight) Dynamics 365 App for Outlook auto-track email conversations?

Hello!

Just getting to grips with the new (for us) Dynamics 365 App for Outlook.

In the past (using the full Dynamics 365 Client for Outlook), if you marked an email as tracked, then any subsequent sent and received messages would be auto-tracked by the client.

This appears not to be the case with the new lightweight App. Can I confirm that this is correct, or does something need to be configured server-side somewhere?

Setup is Dynamics 365 Online with Exchange Online, and Server-side sync has been selected for the user mailboxes concerned... Seems a bit of a chore if each and every response and reply from a tracked thread needs to be manually tagged!

Any insight would be much appreciated - cheers! :)
