Configuring the GLOBAL command toolbar for the Interactive Service Hub (ISH)

Hi all,

Here are my requirements:

• hide global quick search
• hide global quick create
• configure global Help experience link

Quick search: I was able to configure the global quick search to only knowledge articles (it required at least one entity present).  Is it possible to hide/disable this functionality from the global command bar?

Quick create: Need to remove everything except knowledge articles. Only a certain security role should be able to create them. I think I can accomplish this by restricting the read/write access to the following entities: activities, household, category, contact, service request.

Help icon: I configured the global custom HELP URL, but it doesn't mirror in the interactive service hub. If I can't configure it, can I hide/disable this functionality?
