workflow emails are sent twice

Hey everybody, 


I wonder if someone can help me to solve this issue.

I have workflows that are when triggered, they send emails. However, the email is always sent twice whenever the workflow is triggered. 

I read that this might me cause by setting more than one trigger, but some workflows only have one trigger, so I don't think this is the problem. 

Anyone has suggestions ???
