Hi Everyone,
I had never had experience to work with scheduling an appointment with non CRM user. Below is the scenario what I currently working on
- I as a Agent should be able to send an appointment to my customer using CRM from my desk or mobile device at the other end customer might be using Microsoft, Google or any other account as his email address.
- Now customer when he accepts invitation I should be able to see it my account so that I can block my time.
Version: CRM 2016 online
Exchange server configured
