Dynamic CRM SharePoint folder out of sync

Hi, I'm having a weird issue with SharePoint and CRM.

Sometimes when SharePoint created a folder, CRM does not know if SP already created the folder or not. So when user tried second time to create the folder, it found the folder already exists. We are using List Component with Dynamic CRM 2016 and SharePoint 2013.

does any one face the same issue?
