Data import issue

Hi,

I created a view and used 'Export to Excel' to get the template. I updated few existing records in the spreadsheet and imported back to CRM. The import says completed but the records aren't getting updated.  

We are using CRM 2013 on-premise. The same import process works perfectly in the other environments.

Any suggestions?
