We are still using CRM 2011 on premise. One day our emails stopped coming and we cannot figure out why.
We cannot determine anything that has changed other than adding a few new users.
I have gone through all the posts about troubleshooting but have not found anything.
I turned on the logging and tracing.
When I start the service, there are Information items written to the log, but nothing after that.
I have tried the "send direct email" as well as written some workflows to send email.
No emails are ever sent.
Any ideas what is wrong if nothing is written to the log file?
