Say I try to create a new case. In the first stage itself I try to identify the customer. This brings me with order details for the customer ( like order history, Invoices paid, etc). Now I view one of the orders of the customers to see the products which were ordered in this order. Now when I close this 'order view' tab to get back to case details entry tab, the customer details which I had entered initially disappear. This isn't the expected behavior from client perspective. Any suggestions or views are most welcomed.
