Moving an administrator account to Child B.U

Hello,

We have more than one administrator account in CRM.And We would like to move one of the account to one Child B.U. And many processes/views/records are created by this account.

So if I move this to another child BU and assign the same role (System administrator in Child B.U) , will this affect the records created by the user ? Will he able to continue the customization or what ever administrative works he was doing earlier?

I am using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2016 update 1.
