Replies to a tokenized email do not appear in CRM

Hi, 

I do face an issue with email reply tracking. 

Emails are sent from CRM (using Server Side Sync) and title contains a token "CRM:0001234".

But when the receiver reply to the email, the answer isn't tracked into CRM.

I thaught it was automatic..
Could you help.
