run a script to create shared folder upon creating an opportunity

Hi all,

I'd like to know how can I run a script to create a folder in Fileserver every time an opportunity is created.

I'll handle the powershell or batch script on my own to create a folder for ex. \\fileserver\[record name]

I just want to know where should I tell CRM to run this script and how to pass a variable to the script to create the [record name]
