Unable to get a custom action in workflow "Process action" step

Hi,

I created a custom action on "question response" entity that takes a entity"survey invite"  as input and "orderno" string as output.

Then i created a step in the action i.e. assign value from "other1" pipe data from "survey invite" into "orderno".

now i want to access this action in my workflow (created on "question response") in step Process action,

but at the step my action is not in the list.

Please suggest me regards this,
