Adxstudio benchmark figures

Hi Dynamics Community

I am looking for some benchmark figures on the benefits/gains from using Adxstudio Customer Service Solution (self-service, case management etc.). An example could be "37 % decrease in enquires by phone"

I have not been able to find any on the Adxstudio website - can anyone guide me in the right direction?
