Hello everyone!
I have a question about the licensing of Dynamics 365. I really don't like how complex is the new licensing of Dynamics 365, it used to be simpler.

What exactly is the Sales App , Service App etc? I found in the end of the page :
What can Team Member users do for Plan 1 Apps in Microsoft Dynamics 365?
What i want to check is if is able to create Activities such as Appointments and be able to create goals. It does say that it has the following :

However i don't know if he can create those or only update.
