Link customized entities

I need to link/map some customized fields between opportunity and lead entity..

There are some customized fields i created in both entities..

and i need when i qualify a lead to transfer the same fields values, as  when i qualify a lead only the major/default fields values transferred like account, contact,.... any other customized fields values become empty and i need to fill these value again.
