our customer is using CRM 2016 OnPremise with the Exchange-OnPrem-Online(hybrid) and CRM outlook Client.
they are only using the client for tracking emails manually.
but after we upgraded from 2013 --> 2016 the tracking behaviour is really strange.
when they click the "track" button:
- sometimes it will just not track
-sometimes it shows the tracked-Pane at the bottom of the mail and will not set any regarding
-sometimes it works just fine (it tracks, sets the regarding,etc)
we tried different emails but could also reproduce this different behaviours with one test-email.
the trace-files are not showing any problems and we also cleared the Cache and set the cache-mode in outlook.
