Error while Import in dynamic crm 2016.

Hi All,

I am trying to import a solution in CRM 2016 online ,I got a message that your Import is failed but that solution has been created in my new instance where i was importing it. As per my  knowledge it gets rollback when fails.

But when I am trying to open that solution it gives me Error : Record is Unavailable.
