Associated view URL displaying without command bar

Hi, 

I am using CRM online, I want to display associated view page on click of the url for which the url of below type is used:

https://test.crm.dynamics.com//userdefined/areas.aspx?formid=ed79aa7b-762e-4e52-a7f6-4c1036e93e86&navItemName=Credit%20Card%20Modifications&oId=%7b9CA2FA26-7FC0-E611-80EF-C4346BAC7DA4%7d&oType=10020&pagemode=iframe&rof=false&security=852023&tabSet=area_bip_testID&theme=Outlook15White&inlineEdit=1

but i am not able to get the command bar or navigation bar with this link. Its just displaying the view and the view selector. Any suggestions on how to get the command bar and navigation bar would be great.
