CRM 2016 Update 1. Click Dimensions solution 8.2.1
When we send texts to a Contact via Click Dimensions, the text is delivered immediately. When a Contact replies, it can take up-to 10 minutes for it to arrive in CRM. Do other Click Dimensions text customers experience the same delay?
When I first contacted Click Dimensions support they said it can take up-to a hour for a message to arrive in CRM. When I pushed them further, they said it is Twilio's fault because they send send message to Click Dimensions and there is nothing they can do about it.
Any additional feedback is appreciated.
