Mobile App failing authentication

Hello,

We are using CRM online 2016 and recently discovered that our salespeople cannot access the mobile app. They are getting the following message:

you haven't been authorized to use this app. Check with your system administrator to update your settings. Correlation ID: 1a12c34c-3042-4b5c-9f81-19cc52524e7. 

As an administrator I have no problems using the app, and I have checked the salesperson roles to ensure that they are able to access. They had no problems before and no settings have been changed in the user role since then, so I'm not sure why this is happening.

Can anyone tell me the specific settings in the user role to set to ensure that there is mobile app access? Something must have changed as again, we haven't changed any settings in the salesperson security role and they were able to access the app before.
