Users are reporting trouble differentiating between fields in CRM 2016 because the whole page is white, and some pages miss the delineator lines at the top of sections, even when they are set correctly and show up in forms editor. The end result is the only way they can really differentiate between sections are the spaces and bold headings - but they'd like to see some boxes or at the very least, some horizontal lines, and maybe a darker page color than the default bright white.
I don't know if this is a bug or what but in my efforts to help our users, i first went to themes to see if i could darken the shad of the page color from bright white to a light gray. I see everything to adjust colors *except* the primary page background color.
Next, since the delineation lines randomly disappear from some forms, does anyone know if there is a supported method to add lines to to better segment content and make it easier to read?
I want to only make supported changes so while some have said messing with CSS can address this, I'd prefer to work within the UI or if i make changes, only make changes that are MS supported changes to make my life easier on subsequent upgrades (I learned this painful lesson in my 4 to 2011 upgrade!)
