Hi guys,
I have one user who can't login to test environment with "No MS Dynamics CRM user exists with the specified domain name or user ID". I've tried disable/enable and other few tricks(reassigning BU and security roles) but nothing worked for me. The very same user has access to live so AD is not an issue here.
I have checked the DB and the user exists in Config table but does not exist in Authentication table which seems to be the reason for failed login. Not sure how is that possible but does anyone know how to fix this?
