Please find my below details on the Workflow issue:
There is a workflow on Create of lead record and on assign of lead record
I. When I create a lead record, a phone call should get created.
ii. When I assign the newly created lead record to another user, previous phone call status will be moved to completed and one new phone call should get created.
But the issue here is, when I click on assign it creates two new phone call activities it means the workflow is triggering twice and hence two phone call records are getting created.
This issue is happening only in CRM 2016 but not in CRM 2011.
Can anyone help me on this please?
