I'm creating a sequence in Sales Insights and trying to create a conditional step for phone call the only options for conditions are Made and Received. Is there a way to set another condition if the phone call was answered or not?
Should I not be using sequences? What's the best way to guide sales reps through the sales process?
When you close a Phone Call Activity it shows a Close Phone Call form, is there any place I can customize it, what's the name for it in the back end? Can I add another field to check if the call was answered?
