Amending the 'Copy Quote' form

I'd like to add 'Opportunity' onto the 'Copy Quote' form to allow a user to set the 'Potential Customer' and 'Opportunity' this copied quote is associated with.

Problem is that I cannot find the form that is presented to the user. It is not in the 'Quote Entity' forms list.

Is this form accessible for change?
