How to obtain CRMusers last sign-in

Hi,

I'm lookin for a way to retrieve users signs-in so we can audit the licenses of whichever users that are not using it or never connects within a set period of time.

I'm new to this environment and was wondering if this is even possible.

Any help will be much appreciated.
