High importance flag on Emails

Hi,

I got a random question to ask, Is it possible to set an email to have High Importance flag on it. Is this something Dynamics CRM offers Out-of-the-box or is there any custom way to achieve this so that it would greatly help in spotting emails that are urgent. Please suggest.
