how to run out of the box field updated workflow on set of required contacts in CRM 2016

Hi All,

When ever field changes happened on specific Contacts out the available one. We want to trigger the notification to required internal users.

We created out of the box workflow to achieve this. But how to attach this works flow to run only on set of required Contacts from all the available in system.
