We have a call list users assign to themselves, but after assigning a record the page will refresh and jump the users back to the top of the list. This is interrupting user workflow as they have to scroll all the way back down to their previous position.
They are reporting that previously, after assigning a record, the page will go back to their previous location. Any ideas why this might be happening and how to stop it?
