CRM 2015 ReportPublishingException with Row Visibility Filter

Dear all,

i can publish a report to Dynamics CRM 2015 on-prem Update 0.2 without any issue and it's working properly.

But when i add this expression as row visibility filter:

=if(Fields!opportunityproductid.Value Is Nothing, true, if(Fields!opportunityproductid.Value.ToString = previous(Fields!opportunityproductid.Value.ToString), true, false))

I get a ReportPublishingException when uploading the report.

In Visual Studio on my local client everything ist just working fine.

Does anyone of you have any idea what's causing this issue?
