When 'reply all' button is selected, all recipients including those recipients identified as cc and bcc receive the intended communication

I would like be able to use  ‘reply all’ function for a previously sent or received email, so that when  'reply all' button is selected, all intended recipients including those recipients identified as cc and bcc receive the intended communication.
