Loading a webresource with paramaters and the CRM navigation

Hi,

I need to launch a certain webresource from outside of CRM and pass in some parameters, this in itself works ok however I also need the standard CRM Navigation at the top of the page so that it looks like it would if it was launched within CRM.

Is this possible in Dynamics365 without injecting into the DOM?
