I have been looking at field service today and evaluating its benefits over the standard out the box service schedule engine available since CRM 2011.
Overall this looks pretty cool, however, I am struggling to setup a work order which requires multiple resources e.g. it wont let me schedule it until both resource are chosen.
On a work order I can create multiple resource requirements with different skills/characteristics but I cannot say I need both resources to schedule the service.
I guess I am wanting to do somehting similar to the standard service scheduling where I can say I need one resource from this group and one resource from here to schedule the service.
Documentation around this seems quite scarce so any help or pointers would be great.
